At Aurellé Labs, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality skincare and an exceptional experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or report an issue with your order.
2. Product Condition & Eligibility
Due to the nature of our personal care products and for hygiene and safety reasons:
• Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or tested, unless the product is found to be defective or in the case of a documented allergic reaction (see Section 4).
• Final Sale items: Please note that items purchased during clearance sales or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that was damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item:
• Please notify our concierge team within 48 hours of receiving your package.
• Include clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
• Aurellé Labs will cover all shipping costs for replacements or returns in these specific cases.
4. Adverse Reactions
Your skin's health is our priority. In the rare event of an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. We evaluate these cases individually and may offer a store credit or exchange, provided that no more than 20% of the product has been used.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
