Aurellé Labs ships worldwide; however, please be aware of the following:

• All intermediate fees, such as customs duties, taxes, or import levies imposed by your country, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

• Incorrect Address: Aurellé Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before finalizing your purchase.

• Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team within 7 days.
